We drove to the cable car station of El Teide-a windy but beautiful drive , we watched the kites and surfing in El Medano, we drove to Los Christianos and walked to Playa de las Americas. We ate out at lunch time and I mostly cooked in the evenings. We stayed two weeks but didn't want to leave! There is something for everybody in the area and a brilliant bus service to take you anywhere else on island if you want to visit other areas.
Very easy to get around area without a car Lots of great supermarkets and an amazing selection of resteraunts too. Fantastic place for a holiday.
I travel quite a lot and I can confidently say that this is the best apartment I have stayed in for the past few years. The apartment looks better in reality than in the photo. You can find absolutely everything in the apartment including multiple types of coffee machines and beach towels.
The large terrace offers beautiful ocean views. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The host Jose is very welcoming and always offers his help with any questions.
I look forward to coming back to Arona again to this apartment. We arrived late to South Airport and our hotel was on the North of Tenerife.
So we decided to stay 1 night in a budget place not far from the Airport of arrival. We found Finca Chimica a very fascinated place with authentic atmosphere, very nice patio with beautuful view, green and well-cared territory around.
Adela, the hostess, was very nice and welcome and made a delicious breakfast for us. All the products were fresh and of a very hight quality!
The parking was available. Ecxcellent value for money. A bit secluded place, but this is what we wanted. We wanted to stay away from multi-storey hotels with a lot of people in. The house is fully renovated and sparkling clean. Views are worth a million dollars. All in all - really good place to stay. But be sure to have a car, otherwise you'll do a lot of walking :D.

The flat was equipped with everything needed.
Even sun shade and snorkel equipment which you can use near amarilla beach. The host was really nice and friendly and there was a double booking which he solved within an hour. Good location if you have a car, else there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. Good pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Acceptable value for money.
Lovely Cottage hotel with breathtaking view of ocean and mountains : Great place! The direct view to the ocean was great. The location is directly between the few surf spots in Las Americas. It is a small but super cosy apartment, very clean and has everything you need.
